1. Who we are
eArrivalCard Services Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") is an independent assistance service. Our office is at Arcadia Circle, Thane West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400607, India.
We operate an independent travel assistance service for the India e-Arrival Card. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of the Government of India or any government agency.
2. Data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly when using our service, including: full name, date of birth, passport number and expiry, nationality, travel itinerary, accommodation address in India, email address, and phone number.
We also automatically collect limited technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, solely for security and fraud prevention purposes.
We do not collect payment card numbers directly — payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe, Inc.).
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data exclusively to: prepare and submit your India Arrival Card application; communicate with you about your application status; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Data sharing
We share your data only with: the Indian Bureau of Immigration (for Arrival Card submission); our payment processor (Stripe); our cloud hosting provider (AWS, EU region); and our customer support platform (Intercom).
All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with UK GDPR requirements.
5. Data retention
We retain your application data for 7 years from the date of your travel, as required by UK financial and anti-money-laundering regulations. After this period, all personal data is securely deleted.
You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7), subject to our legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (where legally permissible); restrict or object to processing; and data portability.
