Passport
A valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity. You will need to reference your exact passport number and ensure your name is entered exactly as it appears on your travel document.

Information regarding your upcoming itinerary, including your date of arrival and the address where you will be staying in India.

A valid and accessible email address where you can receive your submission confirmation and any official correspondence.

The e-Arrival Card must be completed by travelers entering India from international destinations.

Arrival Details
Your exact date of arrival (DD/MM/YYYY) and a declaration of any countries you have visited in the last 6 days.

Your intended address in India, including the specific State and District.

Your personal email ID, contact number, and an emergency contact number.

You can complete the form on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. A stable internet connection is required, as the form involves a CAPTCHA verification step to finalize submission.

Dual nationality
If you hold passports from multiple countries, you must complete the e-Arrival Card using the exact same passport you intend to present to the immigration officer upon arrival in India.
