Important: India e-Arrival Card is an independent assistance service — not the Government of India and not an official government portal. The India Arrival Card is a free government document. Our fee is for assistance, human review, and support only.
1. Nature of our service
eArrivalCard Services Ltd. provides a paid assistance service for travelers who wish to have their India e-Arrival Card prepared, reviewed, and submitted by a human agent. We are not the Government of India, not affiliated with the Indian Bureau of Immigration, and not an official government portal.
The official India Arrival Card can be completed free of charge at indianarrivalcard.gov.in. By using our service, you acknowledge you are paying for convenience, accuracy checking, and support — not for the document itself.
2. Eligibility to use our service
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the legal authority to act on behalf of the traveler named in the application.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and matches the traveler's travel documents. You accept full responsibility for any errors in the information you provide.
3. Fees and payment
Our service fees are as displayed at time of purchase. All fees are in US dollars. Fees cover our assistance service only — there are no government fees for the India Arrival Card.
Payment is due at the final step of the application process, before submission. We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Refund policy
If your Arrival Card cannot be issued for any reason attributable to the Indian government system (e.g., system unavailability, eligibility restrictions outside your control), you will receive a full refund of our service fee.
Refunds are not available if you provide incorrect information, if your application is rejected due to ineligibility known at the time of application, or if you change your travel plans after successful submission.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date.
5. Limitations of liability
We cannot guarantee approval of your Arrival Card by the Indian government. Immigration decisions are made solely by the Government of India, and we have no influence over those decisions.
We are not liable for any costs you incur as a result of being denied entry to India, including but not limited to: missed flights, hotel bookings, or onward travel.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@earrivalcard-india.com before pursuing any legal action. We aim to resolve all disputes informally within 14 days.
